Get some exercise and meet new people with Access Lincoln’s new lunchtime initiative, and enjoy a free drink at Costa Coffee.
Access Lincoln will be launching its new lunchtime walk on Friday 25 May. Anyone wanting to take part should meet outside Lincoln Odeon at 12.30pm. After enjoying a 20-minute walk along the Fossdyke canal path and back, the session will end with a free drink at Costa Coffee.
Alison Mackfall, Access Lincoln project co-ordinator, said:
“Not only does walking help you feel fitter, healthier and brighter, it’s also a great way to de-stress.
“So if you’ve had a tough morning in the office, the Lunchtime Leg Stretch is the ideal way to clear your head.
“It can also be a chance to catch up with old friends and perhaps meet some new ones.
“So take the chance to do something different with your lunch hour and come along.”
Access Lincoln is a Lincolnshire County Council initiative, supported by Lincoln BIG and funded by the Department of Transport.
