Mapping it all out to help you on your way
For each Lincoln MicroBreak, Access Lincoln has provided useful maps and video guides to help you on your way. When you see a MicroBreak, you’ll find an easy to follow route that stays clear of busy roads from the city centre to help you get around.
Coming from outside of the city?
If you’re coming from outside the city, why not consider using Lincoln’s Park & Bike facility? Free parking for your car is available at Skellingthorpe Community Centre and at Burton Waters so you can conveniently join the cycle routes.
No bike? No problem!
Lincoln has its very own on-street bike sharing network, hirebike. Very similar to the ones found in London, rentals can be made from one of the many hirebike docking stations in and around the city - including those at Skellingthorpe Community Centre and Burton Waters.
Sign up is easy on the hirebike Lincoln website or by downloading the free mobile app. Look out for the new electric bikes that are now available, helping you travel faster for longer and tackle hills with ease.
