St Marks to Boultham Park is an easy off-road cycle route for cyclists and walkers

Boultham Park is around three miles from St Marks Shopping Centre on a traffic-free cycle route.

Travelling to Boultham Park by bike is easy and stress-free. If coming from the city centre it’s around three miles away and will take around 25 minutes on an off-road cycle route.

Choose from the many way-marked walking trails to explore the local wildlife, play in the park or simply walk round. Suitable for all-weather use.

Day out at Boultham Park

Once a private estate, Boultham Park is now open to the public.

There's plenty to do, including walks around the lake, summer games and an annual fair featuring fairground rides, face painting and much more.

There is a wealth of local wildlife to discover as well as a children's play area, designed by local children for local children, and tennis and bowling facilities.

Please note that cycling is not allowed within the park.
